Body of Woman Found in Uncompleted Building at Gomoa Abekum

The residents of Gomoa Abekum near Buduburam in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region have been thrown into a state of shock after the decomposing body of a woman in her late thirties was found in an uncompleted building. According to eyewitnesses, the body was discovered after a bad odour emanating from the building caught their attention.

Upon investigation, they found the woman’s body lying in the uncompleted toilet cubicle. She was wearing a black top and African print wrapper and was described as fair, tall, and thick. The discovery has sparked suspicions of murder or suicide.

A rope was found around the deceased’s neck, leading to speculations of the cause of death. The local authorities have been informed, but the body is yet to be retrieved as at the time of filing this report.
